Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Legendary Auto Glass and Mirror ("Legendary Auto Glass," "we," "our," or "us") at legendaryautoglassandmirror.polsia.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Legendary Auto Glass provides auto glass replacement, repair, and calibration services for vehicles. Specific services include:

• Windshield replacement and repair
• Door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and sunroof glass replacement
• ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera and sensor calibration
• Custom glass and mirror fabrication
• Mobile windshield repair services

All services are performed at our shop at 2010 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834 unless mobile service has been specifically arranged and confirmed.

Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system
• We reserve the right to reschedule if parts are unavailable or circumstances require it
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a scheduling fee at our discretion

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change based on vehicle make, model, and glass availability
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance
• Insurance claims: We will bill your insurance company directly. You are responsible for paying your deductible (if any) at time of service
• For customers without insurance coverage, payment in full is required at time of service

Insurance

• We work with all major insurance carriers and will file claims on your behalf as a courtesy
• Insurance coverage is between you and your insurance company. We are not responsible for coverage decisions made by your insurer
• Authorization from your insurance company does not guarantee payment — you remain responsible for any amounts not covered
• ADAS calibration is typically billed separately from glass replacement and may be covered by your comprehensive policy

Warranty

Legendary Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty on all windshield and auto glass installation labor, as well as the glass materials we install, for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers:

• Leakage around the installed glass
• Defects in the glass or installation materials
• Installation errors

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
• Pre-existing rust or corrosion on the vehicle's pinch weld (see our Rust and Corrosion Policy)
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Glass that was not installed by Legendary Auto Glass

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (804) 518-5532 with your vehicle information and a description of the issue.

Rust and Corrosion

Before any installation, we inspect the pinch weld (the mounting surface where the glass sits). If we identify rust or corrosion, we will contact you before proceeding. Continued use of a vehicle with rust-damaged pinch welds may void the glass installation warranty. See our Rust and Corrosion Policy for full details.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN) to ensure correct glass parts are ordered
• Disclose any rust, corrosion, or prior accident damage to the vehicle
• Remove all personal items and accessories from the vehicle before service
• Be present at the time of service, or designate an authorized representative

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Legendary Auto Glass and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Legendary Auto Glass or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Colonial Heights, Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
